Managing all branches in accordance to the policies laid down by the company. ➢ Preparing projections and growth plan in consultation with BH’s/Senior Management and submitting the same to Sr. VICE PRESIDENT ➢ Expansion of operations by setting up of new branches as per Business plan. ➢ Drive and Implement Sales strategy for the Business to deliver Net Income in compliance with organization's goals. ➢ Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the company. ➢ Responsible for building capabilities to sell multiple products per customer. ➢ Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed and budgeted targets are achieved. ➢ Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase market share and Building a positive Book. ➢ Increase retail business to increase customer base. ➢ Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. ➢ Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for the Team, monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the Team. ➢ Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. ➢ Effectively engage Operations & work to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations
➢ Responsible for coordinating and arrangement of Security Stationary for Branch Office as per guidelines for the business vertical handled by you ➢ Responsible for arranging Stationary and Printed Stocks to Branches for the business vertical handled by you ➢ Responsible for Opening new Bank accounts for Branches as per Policy if needed for the business vertical handled by you ➢ Prepare HR plan for the business vertical handled by you and conduct recruitments accordingly. ➢ Preliminary Recruitment of Branch Staff/HO staff in coordination with HR and getting approval from Management. ➢ Conducting promotion Preliminary interviews for Branch/ HO Staffs ➢ Training for newly Selected staff to be ensured before Joining ➢ Ensure periodical Refreshment Trainings for staffs.
